These are generic templates and contain no live customer grant or credential. CFO delivers the private manifest over a separate approved channel; never publish it back into this portal.

For support, provide zone, approximate time, endpoint, HTTP status, stable error code, sanitized job and correlation IDs, connector version, manifest fingerprint, and canonical request SHA-256. Never send a client secret, access token, Authorization header, cookie, PII payload, or database dump.

For authorization problems, ask the operator to inspect the grant. For validation problems, include the activity/catalog/unit returned by discovery without sharing another organization's identifiers.
