Contract 1.0.0-dev-pilot​

Supports OAuth Client Credentials, discovery, capability lookup, asynchronous activity imports, job polling, and per-row results. Future changes must update canonical OpenAPI, portal/downloads, and pass the runtime drift gate before customer use.

Current limitations: no portal account/login, browser execution, credential management, or production cutover.
